Membership and cancellation
Buzzworthy Training is operated by BUZZWORTHY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, LLC. Individual membership costs $39 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Membership includes the training material, narration, practice questions, and final assessment. Approved employee accounts receive free access.
Cancel through My membership → Manage subscription to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Your account is for your individual use; do not share your sign-in credentials or redistribute course materials.
Refund policy
Request a refund of your first payment within seven days of signup, provided you have not started Day 2 or any later training day. Renewal payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Starting Day 2 means opening its course material, accessing its narration, or opening its practice questions. Starting a later training day also ends eligibility; skipping Day 2 does not extend the refund window. Completing Day 1 does not end eligibility.
Email sales@buzzworthypm.com from the email associated with your membership to request a refund. We review the first payment date and recorded training access. The request must arrive within seven days of signup. Do not send payment-card details.
Approved refunds end paid course access. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Privacy
We use your signed-in account identifier and email to manage membership and training. We store your verified mobile number, verification records, practice progress, assessment answers and results, and training-day access dates. Training access dates are used to review refund eligibility.
ChatGPT provides sign-in, Twilio handles text verification, and Stripe processes payments and subscription management. We store a Stripe customer identifier, not your full card number. Course records and recordings are hosted using the Sites platform and Cloudflare storage.
Verification uses a secure, temporary browser cookie. Contact sales@buzzworthypm.com for privacy questions or requests concerning your account information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal obligations.
